Summary
Telling him that he doesn't think he can help with Leffingwell's book because the history [of the College of St. James?] has been so brief; noting that while the school has "graduates very successfully engaged in the various 'learned professions,' their "'positions' cannot ... boast of any 'prominence' yet" because they graduated only 8 years ago.
