Summary
Remembering that he was consecrated twenty-two years ago that day with Bishop Perry at his side; reflecting on his life and the "prospective sunset;" expressing his frustration with the Mexican Mission, saying "three Bishops designated to go there have found out a way not to do it. So now we are thinking of summoning Bp. R[iley] to New York & dealing with him [illegible] in person. O how much trouble he has given us & I fear has wrecked one of the most hopeful Missions our Church ever started in Foreign Lands."
