Summary
Reporting on the passage of a resolution recommending a "special Thanks Offering to Almighty God for the blessings of an honourable peace & a great [illegible] of civil liberty which has been graciously vouchsafed to this nation;" reporting that it had been "determined at another meeting of the Clergy & Laity to erect a suitable memorial structure to the memory of the late Bishop Potter & it having been determined by that body that the memorial should be a building which should have as its central feature a large chapel for the free preaching of the word of God."
