Summary
Concerning his remarks on the "ordination of the Moravian;" saying "The Church needs such utterances.....When we cannot loyally administer the system which has been accepted by the National Church from which we derive our authority, it is time for us, as honest men, to cease from representing her and to find our liberty in lay-communion."
