Summary
A printed letter from Benjamin Bosworth Smith, Presiding Bishop, convening the House of Bishops "to fill the vacant Missionary Episcopates in Africa and China." Williams has written "Sent for the Presiding Bishop" at the bottom of the page and signed his name.
