Summary
Regretting that such "an important Congregation as that of Christ Church should be without a Minister during the Summer & the Fall; saying he will try to find a substitute pastor for them but there is a "melancholy scarcity of Ministers.....It makes my heart sad to reflect on the want of ministers in all of the South."
