Summary
Expressing his agreement with him in his recent article on the suspension of Bishop [Benjamin T.] Onderdonk, particularly "That the suspension of Bp. Onderdonk has not rendered his jurisdiction void, but voidable--voidable through a presentment by the Convention of New York on the ground of disqualification for the duties of his office by his own fault--or perhaps more properly on the ground of a non-discharge of duty owning to his own fault and criminality;" discussing the rights of the Diocese in this situation.
