Summary
Saying he has no one to recommend for the position of Domestic Missionary in Philadelphia and he has "seldom met with an individual in the ministry of our Church who possessed the humility, untiring zeal, ever wakeful activity--knowledge of the world, holy discretion--facility in extemporaneous speaking, &c, &c, which are so indispensable to the faithful & efficient discharge of the duties connected with such a station;" relating news of mutual acquaintances in the church.
