Includes a copy of the resolution on p. 2 in an unknown hand, with an additional signed note from Green certifying that "the above is a true copy of a Resolution adopted on the ninth day of May 1866 by the Convention of the Prot. Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Mississippi."
