The arrangement of the collection is by Bishops in the order of their consecration and chronological within their portion of the collection. The manuscript is not dated, however, this prayer of Pope Leo I, is attributed to 440, the year be became Pope, thus, with the notation, "1436 years ago", the date is most likely 1876.
