Reporting that a majority of the Standing Committees and a majority of the Bishops have consented to the consecration of Rev. Perry as Bishop of Iowa; setting forth the details of the consecration to be held on September 10, 1876; listing, on the verso, an additional 18 Bishops who consented, bringing the total to 49.
