Summary
Expressing his disappointment at not seeing him "on his way home;" setting out all the topics which he'd like to talk over with him; discussing the most recent consecrations; asking if he would hire an amanuensis to copy out for him the "promise of conformity used in the case of Haity [sic]" which the Bishop of Delaware would like to consider for Mexico.
