Summary
Informing him that he and his colleagues are withdrawing their former presentment against Bishop [George Washington] Doane and submitting a new one; explaining that as soon as the printing is done, he will send copies of the presentment for the bishops "who have a right to sit on the court"; discussing in what form the presentment should be sent to Doane; asking him to acknowledge receipt of the documents.
