Concerning Dr. Murray and Dr. Griffith and their prospects for consecration; discussing the differences with the Connecticut diocese in regard to the issue of "Episcopal Succession in the English Line;" saying that Connecticut will be sending two delegates to the General Convention despite not being invited to attend and despite have made it known that "they have adopted a Form of Church government which renders them inadmissible as members of the Convention or Union;" including a resolution affirming the commitment to the "continuance of the Episcopal Succession in the English Line."
