A collection of ephemera related to the Booker Prize and to individual titles submitted to the prize, assembled by Peter Straus. The collection consists of: ephemera produced by or in conjunction with the Booker Prize (including bookmarks, pamphlets, posters, show card inserts, and other material promoting the Booker Prize; and invitations, programs and materials relating to the annual award ceremony and to related celebrations); ephemera related to individual titles submitted to the Booker Prize (including invitations to book release parties, press packets, dust jacket mockups, belly-bands, posters and bookstore displays, pamphlets and other promotional material); press releases and publishers' letters to reviewers of titles submitted to the Booker Prize; publishers' catalogues; periodicals and clippings [arranged with the ephemera by Straus, rather than with the large clippings file]; and a few items related generally to publishing and the book trade.
