Summary
Discussing the inventory and sales of the Prayer Book; asking if Massachusetts is "determined still to keep at a distance from us;" saying he realizes there are issues on which they disagree but that he is very willing to make accommodations to bring about an agreement; saying that if they cannot come together they will not be able flourish as other religious societies; adding that he does believe there are enough members in the Southern states to choose a bishop; concluding by adding that another reason for wanting to see Massachusetts join with the Southern states is that he would like to get Connecticut to join as well.
