Summary
Joking that the designs in a recent card Boghosian sent are based on Guston's own, which are patented and copyrighted in the United States, and pretending to threaten him with legal action. Describing how much he misses Rome, and wondering where he will go next; noting that he has been wasting days but will start painting again soon. Remarking that "[the] U.S. seems to be really falling apart and so the only thing is to crawl into oneself and work." Asking after Boghosian and his work and sending regards to mutual acquaintances. Signed "Love, fondly, Musa & Philip."
