Summary
Relating news that he has heard about the French Revolution: reporting that Dumourier has declared himself Duke of Albemarle, noting his movements and actions, and predicting that "kingly government must be restored." Sending this letter even though he will see them in half an hour so he may be the first to acquaint the Berrys with "such welcome news."
