Concerning his anxiety about where to direct his letters, fearing that his most recent letter will have been lost since he directed it to Florence. Responding to Agnes's report of meeting the artist Mr. Lock. Concerning the suppression of Lally's pamphlet and referencing the recent riots at Birmingham; mentioning mutual acquaintances; expressing anxiety about their travels.
