Summary
Looking forward to her return to town and reporting that he has been house-hunting for the Berrys but has found nothing suitable; hoping that they will reconsider their journey to the Continent, citing unrest in Tuscany and Lyons but saying he has no news from Paris; mentioning mutual acquaintances including the Duchesse de Biron, the Boufflers, the Edgecombs, and the Argyles, and mentioning some gossip. Continuing the letter that night, describing his visit to the late Duke of Montagu's house in Richmond that night.
