Summary
Saying he is glad that the Berrys did not accept his invitation to stay at Strawberry Hill prior to letting the house at Teddington, as he would have been mortified to host them while he is still recovering from his fall, an inflammation in the foot, and the gout. Discussing the terms of signing a lease for the Teddington house.
