Summary
Regretting that her grandmother is unwilling to part with her; mentioning that he is fearful of haggling with the landlord of their Teddington house; lamenting the death of his niece Lady Dysart and enclosing an epitaph he wrote for her. Reporting that he has been confined to his house following a bad fall the previous week, but is recovering. Noting that he will go to Park Place on Monday, but saying he will return in time to ready the house for their arrival. Looking forward to seeing her.
