Summary
Saying that he will be able to secure a house for the Berrys at Teddington if nothing better turns up; discussing mutual acquaintances; complaining about the number of people who come to see his house, noting that he gives out tickets of admission over a week in advance; asking her to come visit to make the evenings pleasant at least. Continuing the letter on Friday afternoon, regarding negotiating the price for the Teddington house. Concluding the letter on Saturday, asking for a prompt reply concerning the Teddington house.
