An agreement to publish a new novel [Rachel Ray], which is to be first serialized in the periodical Good Words; agreeing to pay £500 for an edition of 1,500 copies, noting that the copyright will be held jointly after all of the copies of the initial edition have been sold. Promising to publish the book and pay Trollope in January 1864.
