Summary
Commenting on the "blunders through the volume" and saying he thinks it "would be more creditable to cancel it all than to let it go forth with all these errors;" listing the errors to be corrected on the following page and offering to "pay half the expences [sic] of a new edition if they are anything reasonable;" asking that the proofs be sent to him in Paris at 19 Rue d'Angouleme St. Honoré.
