Commenting on the alterations he has made to an article by Burgoyne; saying that he thinks it best to publish it with the alterations and "to make up with Sir John afterwards;" commenting on other contributions and referring to his own article saying "If you want to cut out 12 lines from the Roundabout you must do so at Cornhill for I have gone over the paper & haven't the heart to amputate."
