Collection consists of a series one autograph manuscript of lectures prepared for a course on Gothic and late medieval manuscripts in the Pierpont Morgan Library, which was given at the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University, in 1935; together with a typed bibliography, notes, and two corrected hectograph copies of typed lectures, prepared by an unknown third party from the lectures as delivered.
