Summary
Saying that his letter gave him great pleasure "in the rather dull monotonous puppet-show" of his life (apparently referring to Collins's praise of a work already published by Swinburne); remarking that he would like to read his Delphic poem to Collins and remarking that "London living disagrees with my work." Saying he is glad to hear that "the great Cyril" is coming along and despairing that the new editor of Didsley "has mangled and defaced beyond recognition" portions of Revenger's Tragedy.
