Summary
Thanking her for some books; asking her to visit again soon; noting that he is writing on the Châtiments. With a postscript remarking that her "dear Father" (i.e., Walter Savage Landor) would have been "devilishly angry" with Swinburne for writing "monkish Latin rhymes" but hoping that she is "not so sternly and rigidly Augustan."
