Summary
Saying how delighted he is with the script for Viva Zapata! and promising to send his suggestions to "Gadg" (i.e., Kazan) that day. Remarking that he does not think it should be published before the release of the film because critics will "make up their minds exactly what the picture should look like and if it does not look exactly like their own visualization of it then they do not judge it fairly," but noting that he has no objection to a scenario being published after the release of the film.
