Summary

Discussing his interest in working on the film, noting that he understands Zanuck's point of view and agrees that it is unlikely the picture will be produced with a Mexican corporation. Assuring him that he will do anything he can to help Steinbeck, even if Twentieth Century-Fox does not employ him.
