Remarking that reporters have been pestering her in regards to "that poor girl Marilyn Monroe;" noting that she met Monroe exactly three times and that she liked her; mentioning that "though I knew her so slightly, I am certain for very good reasons that she killed herself by mistake." Longing to see Jane and Kenneth and inviting them to luncheon on the 16th; regretting that she was unable to lunch with them at the Café Royale, remarking that she is alexanderholdings.tem"still clamped to that wretched wheeled chair," which is difficult to get in and out of and is "so humiliating." Enclosing some poems.
