Summary
Telling him she has been ill with influenza and hasn't been out of Ireland for more than a year; agreeing to write to "Joanie" [Joan Severn] but asking him not to "say she is wicked, she is so fond of you & anxious that you should be well & happy; & if she can't realize things that are real to you, that's not her fault. Believe me she will never bring any mischief on us."
