Summary
Asking if "the agreement that you mention require [sic] me to send the letters I think of using for the "Oldie" [Ruskin] and Mr. Allen to see? Or can I ask for a general permission to use what I need? I wish to do everything in order and will ask you, dear, please to let me know exactly what I have to do."
