Summary
Etching shows Banquo confronting Macbeth at left, with the text "Scene a heath enter Macbeth and Banquo-"; the witches hover in the air at right and point at the two men, with text reading, "exeunt Witches"; below them stands a dog, and a bellows and cauldron are shown at lower left. The head of the dog, bellows, and faces of the five figures are variously represented by spades that have been tinted by hand with black ink.
