Summary
Refuting Weber's rumors concerning Scott and a new edition of romances and saying that "Swift is my grande opus at present" and that he is engaged to write a life of Thompson. Noting that he has completed an edition of State Papers of Sir Ralph Sadler, has arranged for republication the early volumes of Somers's Tracts.
