Reporting that Lizzie is pregnant; describing and giving a sketch of the wallpaper he has designed for their drawing-room; asking if he has seen Topsy's (William Morris's) house, noting that it "baffles all description;" mentioning that he, along with Madox Brown, Jones, Morris, and Web, are organizing a "company for the production of furniture and decoration of all kinds" (later named the "Fine Art Workmen"); stating that he is working on his poetry and thanking him for his input.
