Discussing his premonitions (as early as 1786) about the advent of the French Revolution and his thoughts on how such circumstances were to be analyzed and dealt with; regretting that his point of view was not adopted since many of his conjectures came true; making a note to himself to share advice with future monarchs on what may come of the French system and how to manage it before all the rulers are overthrown.
