Summary
Describing an unlucky trading voyage along the southern coast. Criticizing the London company and the running of the plantation at Pautext [i.e., Plymouth], noting that it has been "undertaken by men unexperienced in plantations." Praising the abundance of the land, but regretting that the "Adventurers" were not outfitted by the Company with appropriate goods to trade. Asking him to keep his criticisms "close from the Company and not to think the worse of this country."
