Discussing a picture by an unidentified friend of Croker's, noting that it "is very creditable to his Talents," but that cannot be placed in the great room at the Royal Academy, and it may be disadvantageous to place it in another room. Asking that the friend send a frame to replace the velvet one, as they are not allowed in the Academy.
