Summary
Saying that he received word from [Robert] Browning that her husband was not able to receive the pictures Landor sent; discussing the pictures and the money to be made by selling them [Landor erroneously believed one of the paintings to be a Michelangelo]; wishing he had money to send her; complaining that his "ungrately son" is too stingy with money; noting that he is "in rags, and intend[s] to be."
