Regarding marriage plans between "Mme Napoleon" and Prince Lucien and commending him for dealing appropriately with Countess de Kielmansegg's request. Also discussing at length the Emperor of Russia, the Queen and the Emperor of Austria; saying that he is only interested in the welfare of his family; requesting that he secretly inform him of the contents of a letter.
Written on mourning stationery.
