Mentioning that he doesn't think there is anything he can do to help with the "propaganda work" here, and suggesting that "you could not with indifferent health traipse about the country delivering speeches." Stating that Ainslie is already doing a useful job and that "it is very important to get the Americans to understand that we are really very decent & likable people." Praising Ainslie's poems.
