Informing him that he left Düsseldorf with regrets; saying that he is worried for the Marquis de Castries because he is in Nimègue which could be invaded soon; reporting at length a conversation he had with the Duke of Brunswick [Adolphus Frederick, Duke of Cambridge] about the Marquis de Castries and in which the Duke of Brunswick said he would be happy to provide asylum for him.
