Summary
A collection of 10 notebooks with limp leather bindings. The notebooks include Gray's manuscript catalog of his library arranged alphabetically and in classes (MA 164-5); Gray's manuscript notes on his reading of Diogenes Laertius, Athenæus, Lysias, Isocrates, Plutarch, Sophocles, Xenophon, Thucydides, and others (MA 166-172); and a copy of Gray's will in an unknown hand. Some notebooks contain notes in Greek. Items in the collection are bound individually but housed together in one drop-spine box. Items are described separately (MA 165-173).
