Summary
Describing his convalescence (possibly from a toothache) and asking Moore to bring [Charles Winstanley] Tweedy to Poland before his departure to Chile. Mentioning that he has been "too 'down' to tackle" their collaborative novel "A Comedy of Masks," but hoping to work on it soon. Discussing English literature, stating that he has "come to the conclusion that save Meredith, Hardy, Olive Schreiner & Lucas Malet, it is safest to ignore English fiction," and noting that in the recent days Dowson has had to "fall back" on Boswell. Mentioning a letter received from Missie (Adelaide Foltinowicz) in response to his own. With a postscript noting that Horne has accepted Dowson's poem "Amor Umbratilis" for publication (in The Century Guild Hobby Horse).
