Discussing his parishioners Edward and Bridget Godwin, who have confessed to committing fornication before their marriage and have paid to the churchwardens of Sawston 6 shillings, 8 pence. Humbly entreating Dr. Cowell "that the said Edward and Brigget may be freed from further trouble and discharged the Courte."
