Mentioning that Dowson has been reading "Diana until I am pink and my brain quivers." Discussing their collaborative work on a new novel, "Felix Martyr," describing a provisional plot outline and giving character sketches. Promising to submit the first chapter soon, and indicating portions of the novel which to Dowson are "a void," noting that he will look to Moore "to supply it with incident, characters & analysis." Briefly describing his trip, mentioning the skipper and his brother (Rowland Corbett Dowson).
