Summary
Giving a formula and discussing it. Noting that the system of units is irrelevant in the formula if it is measured in the same system. Wondering whether it possible to watch stars during bright daytime (without a solar eclipse) using available instruments, and mentioning that if this can be achieved, Freundlich could easily discern if the above theory is correct. Stating that Einstein does not see the use of spectral segmentation here (in Smichov?) and is curious to hear Freundlich's response.
