Explaining an earlier telegram: discussing the death of Mr. Brown, noting that Miss Coutts and Mrs. Brown have recently arrived in Paris after his death in Montpellier, and that his telegram referred to the ability to bury Mr. Brown at their Church in Westminster. Describing his lodgings in Paris.
